Mr. Metelko has a far-reaching legal experience in representing clients in M&A transactions, litigation, arbitration and administrative proceedings. During his career he has represented a multitude of clients, both domestic and foreign, in relation to banking and finance matters, corporate and contract law, gas and energy law and tax law.

Mr. Metelko has shown excellence in team leadership in the most complex investment transactions. Currently Mr. Metelko is managing legal teams that provide assistance to clients with respect to banking sector matters.

He has represented a large number of local and international clients on both sell and buy-side transactions across a wide range of sectors such as real estate, insurance, telecommunication.

Also, Mr. Metelko was a Member of the Management Board and the Executive Board of the Croatian Bar Association and a representative of the Croatian Bar Association in the Ministry of Justice working group for the drafting of the Croatian Enforcement Act.

Mr. Knežević has represented clients from various business sectors, i.e. finance, IT, medical, real estate, retail and tourism. Mr. Knežević has also led legal teams in a number of complex and notable investment transactions. Currently Mr. Knezevic is managing legal teams that provide assistance to clients with respect to banking sector matters. He has considerable experience in various other legal areas which include contract law, copyright, intellectual property law, litigation and arbitration, administrative and constitutional law.

Mr. Knežević represented clients in a number of constitutional review proceedings that dealt with the assessment of constitutionality of laws, and which resulted in the annulment of certain provisions of laws by the Constitutional Court of Croatia. Mr. Knežević has also participated in working group within the Ministry of Justice for the drafting of the Enforcement Act as a representative of the Croatian Bar Association, as well as other legislation-drafting working groups of the Croatian Bar Association.

His recent focus includes corporate structuring and M&A transactions in the IT, financial, medical, telecommunication and real estate sectors. Mr. Knežević is dedicated to advising private clients in developing customized legal solutions with respect to different investment projects and private clients' asset management.

Mr. Dilber represents clients before the courts and other governmental and regulatory bodies in proceedings concerning obligations and contract law. He graduated in the field of European Corporate law in Hamburg with specialization in cross-border provision of services and freedom of establishment of companies in the internal market of the EU. Besides, he received a special training in understanding the EU law while practicing in the Legal service of the General Council of the EU, which enabled him to participate in legal representation of the Council of the EU before the Court of Justice of the EU.

Mr. Dilber participated in a number of due diligence procedures and has advised clients in M&A transactions, especially in relation to preparation of share purchase agreements and other transaction documents. He advises clients from IT sector in relation to seed investment procedures as well as clients in the energy sector, notably oil and natural gas companies dominantly in relation to processes of finding real estate and developing new energy related projects.

He also provides legal consultations in relation to various regulatory, and compliance matters in insurance, energy, intellectual property as well as banking and finance law.

Mr. Dilber has for the past several years coordinated legal teams that represented clients in court litigation and enforcement proceedings, as well as other cases related to banking and finance.

Ms. Bago Martić is an attorney with many years of experience in advising and representing domestic and international clients in complex legal matters, with a particular focus on corporate law, banking and finance, real estate law, real property and public procurement. She provides legal support across all stages of clients’ business operations — from day-to-day legal advice and transactional support to due diligence processes and representation before courts and administrative bodies.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in numerous complex legal projects in the finance, insurance and real estate sectors. A significant part of her professional experience involves the ongoing representation and legal advisory services for both domestic and foreign clients in civil and commercial litigation before Croatian courts and administrative authorities, including long-term representation of some leading players from banking and insurance sectors.

In recent years, she has been particularly focused on the banking and finance sector, where she advises clients on regulatory issues, contractual matters and various legal questions related to their operations. She also advises clients in insolvency and pre-bankruptcy settlement proceedings, as well as in enforcement procedures.

Ms. Bago Martić has for several years been representing clients and coordinating legal teams that act on behalf of the clients in court and enforcement proceedings, as well as in other matters related to banking and finance.

Mrs. Avdović advises clients in the areas of contract law, employment law and various civil law matters. In addition, she also represents clients before courts in civil and enforcement proceedings. Her dedication and commitment to work ensure consistent delivery of high-quality legal services.

During her time in the firm, she gained valuable experience and knowledge by representing and advising clients in various legal areas, primarily related to property law, enforcement proceedings, and statutory changes of companies.

Mr. Šprajc represents clients before the courts in a wide range of legal issues, with emphasis to proceedings concerning civil obligations and contract law.

During his time as trainee, he dealt with a variety of legal challenges regarding litigation, beginning with civil and corporate law, real estate and registry law as well as development of projects in the energy sector.

During his studies, he spent a semester at the Faculty of Law in Graz as part of the Erasmus program. Earlier working experience also includes working for Neuroth AG in Switzerland and Austria as well as his work in the European Parliament.
